‍Atwhat time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 5:00 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready, we'll be happy to give you the key in advance. If your room is not ready, you can check in early, leave your luggage in the luggage room and use the hotel's facilities while you wait for your room.

What time should I check out?

‍

Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. However, if you'd like to spend your last day with us, we'll be happy to store your luggage in the luggage room. We also offer a "late check-out" service at €60, which allows you to keep your room until 2pm.

What is the "SΓ©jour Γ  la carte"?

‍

For an extra €15/night, you can let us know your specific requirements and we'll make sure you get the room of your dreams.

Customization options include view (choose between slope view or panoramic view), south-facing balcony with ski area view, or high floor. These options are subject to availability and some combinations are not compatible.

This guarantee does not apply to suites and connecting rooms.

To benefit from this guarantee, select the option when booking online, then indicate your preference in the "special requests" section. For telephone bookings, simply inform the reservation agent of your preference.

However, if we are unable to meet your request due to high hotel occupancy, we will refund you on arrival.

Where can I park my car?

We do not have private parking. Free public parking spaces are available close to the hotel. They are non-reservable and therefore subject to availability, depending on how busy the resort is.

Covered parking is available 2 steps from the hotel. You can reserve a space with the CIS agency on 04 79 07 46 21.

You can also take the funicular up from Bourg Saint Maurice and park your car in the large dedicated parking lot. This is the option we recommend!

Are pets allowed?

We are always delighted to welcome your 4-legged friends.

For €15 per night, your pet can accompany you to your room.

How far is the hotel from the ski slopes?

‍

The hotel is located at the foot of the slopes, in front of the Combettes chairlift.

Take the exit next to the ski room, then cross the lane - you're on the slopes!

Looking for a break between 2 runs? Visit the restaurant & bar's large terrace. South-facing, it has direct access from the slopes.

Where can I rent ski equipment at the best price?

‍

Meet at La Cachette skishop, in partnership with Skiset, opposite the hotel.

As a hotel guest, you can benefit from an additional 5% discount on the online offer by entering the code "HOTELCACHETTE", giving you up to 50% off your rental, depending on the period.

Where can I store my ski equipment or my bike?

We have a ski room with direct access to the slopes. This closed and secure room is ideal for storing your equipment during your stay at La Cachette. You'll find personalized ski lockers in each room, unlocked by code.

In summer, the ski room is transformed into a bike room. Equipped with bike racks, you can park your bike with complete peace of mind.

What are the Spa's opening hours?

‍

The Spa-Wellness area is open daily from 10am to 8pm. Access is free for hotel guests and included when booking a treatment for external guests. The Spa is open to everyone aged 16 and over.

Would you like to enjoy a moment of well-being in complete privacy? Make the spa your own from 8pm to 9pm or 9pm to 10pm and enjoy the facilities just for you (up to 8 people). This service must be booked at the SPA reception desk by 8pm the day before.

Is there a Kids Club?

‍

We do not offer a children's club within the hotel. We do, however, work in collaboration with ESF Arc 1600, which offers a range of courses for children of all ages, from Piou Piou to teenagers. Your children can discover the pleasures of skiing and snowboarding or perfect their skills to become real riders, all under the supervision of ESF instructors. Don't forget to book lessons before your stay on the ESF Arc 1600 website.

Is the hotel accessible for disabled guests?

‍

Yes, 3 Superior rooms are accessible to disabled guests. Elevators serve all floors and services of the hotel: on the 4th floor you'll find the reception and spa, on the 5th floor the restaurant, bar-lounge and coworking space, and finally the rooms on the upper floors.
