ARTICLE 1 : ORGANIZATION
La Cachette - Friendly Hotel, a company with share capital of €4,100,404.00, hereinafter referred to as "The Organizer", whose registered office is located at 16 Lotissement Courbaton Arc 1600 73700 Bourg-Saint-Maurice, registered under number RCS 879 880 953, is organizing a free game with no obligation to buy from 26/04/2024 to 12/05/2024 in partnership with the Les Arcs Tourist Office.
ARTICLE 2: PARTICIPANTS
This free, no-obligation game is open exclusively to people of legal age on the date the game begins.
Persons who do not meet the above conditions are excluded from the game, as are employees of the organizer and its affiliated companies, and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, production or management of the game, as well as their spouses and family members: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives whether or not living under their roof.
The organizer reserves the right to ask any participant to provide proof of the above conditions. Any person failing to meet these conditions or refusing to provide proof will be excluded from the game and, in the event of winning, will not be entitled to his or her prize.
Only one entry per person is permitted. The organizer reserves the right to carry out any checks to ensure compliance with this rule, and in the event of refusal to provide justification, the organizer reserves the right to exclude any person from the game. Participation in the game implies full acceptance of the present rules.
ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Participants must go to www.lacachette-lesarcs.com/concours to fill in a contact form, mentioning Last Name, First Name, email address and accept their subscription to the hotel newsletter. An email confirming the email address is then sent. Only after clicking on the confirmation box is participation validated. Participants must also follow the Instagram accounts @lacachette_friendlyhotel and @lesarcs to be eligible for prizes.
Participation must take place during the specified period, i.e. from 26/04/2024 at 10:00 a.m. to 12/05/2024 at 11:59 p.m., after which time participation will not be valid. Participants who do not respect the rules of the game will not be eligible to win prizes.
Only one entry per person is permitted. It is forbidden to participate from multiple email addresses and/or Instagram accounts. Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the competition by the organizer without having to justify this. Any participation that is incomplete, erroneous or illegible, whether intentionally or not, or that is made in a form other than that provided for in the present rules will be considered null and void. The same penalty will apply in the event of multiple entries.
ARTICLE 4: WINNINGS
The prize at stake is :
1. A one-week stay for 2 people in a superior room with breakfast from July 6 to 13.
2. Two Hero Multi Passes valid for 7 days
They are nominative and non-transferable. They cannot be endorsed, exchanged or refunded. Passes may not give rise to any monetary consideration in any form whatsoever, in whole or in part, nor may they be resold.
Total value: 1181 Euros.
The value of the prize is determined at the time of drafting these rules and cannot be disputed. All expenses incurred subsequent to the game, in particular for the use of this prize, are entirely at the winner's expense.
ARTICLE 5: DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER
At the end of the competition, the selection will be made on 13/05/2024 at 10am by the web and marketing team. The winner will be drawn at random.
ARTICLE 6: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER
The winner will be notified by email on 05/13/2024 of their win.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY OF THE LOT
The prize will be sent to the e-mail address given by the winner when registering for the competition.
Participants' e-mail addresses will be added to the Hôtel La Cachette and Les Arcs Tourist Office databases for subsequent Newsletter mailings until unsubscribed. If the winner does not reply within 5 days of the email announcement, he or she will no longer be entitled to the prize. The winner agrees to accept the prize as offered, without any possibility of exchange, in particular for cash, other goods or services of any kind whatsoever, or transfer of the benefit to a third party. Similarly, this prize may not be the subject of a request for compensation.
ARTICLE 8: USE OF WINNER'S PERSONAL DATA
The winner authorizes the organizer to use the name of his Instagram or Facebook account to announce to other participants the winner of the contest, on any medium whatsoever, without this conferring any remuneration, right or benefit whatsoever, other than the award of the prize.
ARTICLE 9: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The game is not managed or sponsored by Meta. Meta can therefore under no circumstances be held responsible for any disputes relating to the competition. If you have any questions, comments or complaints about the competition, please contact the Organizing Company.
